This site was created by partners concerned about reactions to harmful drugs in current circulation in Toronto. Any unregulated/ illegal drug can be can be cut with something toxic, and reports to this site are the only way to find out about people's experiences. The site is checked regularly. If there is a trend in these reactions, we will tell local community agencies so they can alert people using drugs about potential hazards.
If you're in a rush, it's ok to just answer a few questions. To answer all questions takes about 10 minutes. Reports that you make here are totally anonymous, unless you decide to leave your contact info.
A summary of the reports submitted to this site will be compiled for community agencies. No personal information will be in these reports.
